Could Somebody Tell Me What Crank High Voltage Starring Jason Statham Is About?

I saw the trailer about it, but I don’t understand some of it. I read that the chinese mob stole his “nearly indestructible” heart. Could you tell me how his heart is nearly indestructible? The only reason I ask, is because in the first one, Jason Statham’s character had to keep his adrenaline up to keep it going. In the last movie it didn’t sound indestructible. I would appreciate any feedback.

    well in this movie after he fell out of the sky in the first movie, another mob comes and takes out his heart and replaces it with a “fake” one. the fake heart needs regular jolts of electricty to heep it beating, so instead of adrenalin, he needs electricity to survive.
