  5. I’m going to wail to see the movie till I make a judgement. The trailer looks very different from the magna, but who knows. Maybe it could be good if given a chance.

  6. I’m more of an ‘Ehh’ I hope that it turns out good for the sake of the series itself (I never really watched it though).

    Yay

I can’t wait to watch it. I’m hyped. I just hope that the movie isn’t bad that I hate it.

  9. Tough question.

As the manga fan, I’m disappointed that they change the story a lot from the original. But then again, it would be difficult to film a good live-action movie if they keep the original storyline, and it could turn out bad, really bad. So we just have to wait and watch DB:E to judge it and see whether the changes are for the better or for the worst.

It would not be fair to judge it now.

    I’m gonna say Yay!

  10. Nay, but I hope Yay. :)

Nay, BUT im going to go see it just so i can yell “WHAT THAT’S NOT HOW IT SUPPOSED TO BE!” in the middle of the movie.

20th Century fox needs to quit ruining things that i like
    (spider-man, x-men, Daredevil, etc.)

  12. nay.
    will hate em..
    never like em..
    never will..

  13. Honestly, I wont giving much hope for the movie. And I won’t expect the movie to be an adaptation from the original manga and anime. I will take it as another Hollywood movie that “happens to plays around the same theme of gathering 7 Dragon Ball to stop evil from taking over/destroying the world.”

Its becomes the trend now. Hollywood film makers wanted their movie to be as realistic as possible so that the audience can relate to the movie. They decided to change the direction of the movie starting with Goku goes to High School and later he learns Kung Fu from Martial Arts guru (Wendy Wu Homecoming Queen anyone?) while Piccolo is an alien that invades the Earth with his wrath. Which kinda pointless when because why bother making the movie to be realistic if you’re going to have Goku doing a Kame Hame Ha in the movie?

They kinda has lame and cliche theme too which is - Goku is the chosen one that must stop evil from destroying our world. -__-” *yawn*

It’s “Nay” for me. Hopefully the movie will be flopped, failed on Box Office counter so that the film maker will realized their mistakes and decided to re-boot the movie and stick to the original (or at least follow 80% of the original) storyline just like they did with The Incredible Hulk movie.
