yes, watch the movie or research it online. It seems really awesome she wants the spark back in your relationship before its too late to fix whats missing.
Actually my husband and I have a copy…… It works see the funny thing is is that we didnt know what the movie was about when we rented it and we were having alot of marriage problems…. It has helped us get through some tough times…..
fireproof is a movie about a couple that’s having problems. the husband’s father gives him the book the love dare to read and follow it so that they can save their marriage. you should watch the movie first.
Yes and it is amazing you should do it separately though each have there own book. I had a rocky point in my marriage and this made me realize how wonderful things could be if i really tired. The movie is good too
I think it is a great idea. I also think that if BOTH husband and wife are committed to pleasing the other that you can have a great marriage. That is the basis for our 20 year marriage. Lots of women say that “communication” is key. I agree, however I truly believe that “commitment” is more important and that shows up in lots of ways. If I told my wife “such and such is driving me crazy - please help me out here - she would do whatever she had to for me”. She wouldn’t do the whole “well thanks for telling me how you feel, now let me tell you how I feel”. And the same is true for me.
And don’t get me wrong, communication is huge, but commitment to pleasing your spouse is the number one driver of behavior in my house.

It’s some Christian movie starring the Growing Pains guy.
I haven’t read the book but I have seen the movie. The movie is awesome. If you haven’t seen the movie, I encourage you to see it. I admit that at first it didn’t look like a good movie but as I kept watching it until it was over, it ended up being a good movie. I need to read The Love Dare book when I get a chance.
