What do you think about Henry Selick directing the movie version “Coraline”?

Henry Selick is the guy who directed the movie “James and the Giant Peach”, and “Coraline” is a book by author Neil Gaiman. It is the creepiest, but most interesting book I’ve ever read… I don’t know if I like the idea of “Coraline” being made into a movie… I’d rather more see Tim Burton directing… That’s immediately who I thought of when I read the book… But that’s just me… What do you think?

  1. I am just happy they are making Coraline

  2. Well, I’d have rather seen Tim direct James and the Giant Peach because I thought that fit him and his personality, and certainly my own, and this is the way I feel on this one too. I think the only reason I liked the James movie was because Burton produced it, because I am not keen on Selick. I can think of things or see things and think of Burton, Selick isn’t my taste…
